I booked the trip to Disney with them for July and as always great. I had already gone to Disneyland Paris with them years ago and it was always great. I did not agree due to labor issues to go there and I was able to process both the trip, payment and all the doubts I had through the mail. I don't personally know the girl who attended me, Maider, but the truth is that she was charming and with enormous patience who was able to explain everything to me without me having the slightest doubt!!

Excellent resort; Beautiful pool and well-kept gardens. The buffet-restaurant was very good; the very friendly staff. Highly recommended to go with children. The beach is 10 minutes by train, 10 minutes by boat on the river and 5 minutes on foot; very nice walk; the children delighted. More than recommended!

I have had a great time with this agency. I booked a flight with them twice, which was canceled both times due to the policies of the country of origin (vzla) and in both cases they refunded my money instantly and helped me find a good alternative to my plans.
